How has ticket purchasing worked in the past?
APOG 2019 tickets were released in three phases. The first was a veteran pre-sale where veterans received a unique link in order to purchase a single ticket. The second was a referral pre-sale where the veterans were sent referral links to send to their friends. The third was a general sale that opened up ticket sales to the APOG community. We used this approach because of the popularity of APOG 2018, the size of the venue, and to ensure that as this community and event grew we stayed true to our roots (get it!?).
Can anyone buy a ticket?
You are welcome to join future APOG events as long as you share our values of positivity, participation, and creativity.
I have a questions about tickets, who should I contact?
Shoot us an email at email@example.com and we’ll be happy to help.
How will I get my ticket to APOG?
There will be no physical tickets to the event. All guests must present an ID matching the name on the ticket order to enter the venue. If your ticket was purchased with billing information other than your own, send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to update your file.
Do I need a vehicle pass?
To ensure that there was space for everyone, APOG 2019 required a vehicle pass per car and single person cars were not allowed to park in the venue. The venue simply can’t fit all you beautiful people if everyone drives separately! Carpooling is highly encouraged and appreciated.
Do I need a camping pass?
Nope! Camping is included with all ticket purchases.
Can I buy a single-day pass?
Only full-weekend passes will be available for purchase.
Are tickets refundable?
Unfortunately tickets are not refundable, but they are transferable. You may transfer a ticket to another person by contacting email@example.com.
Can I get a free or reduced-price ticket?
All Phase tickets will be sold at full price. Certain major contributors may be eligible for a ticket rebate though. Check out the Participate Page for ways to apply!
