Selling APOG tickets above face value is strictly prohibited. Sellers found upselling a ticket are subject to immediate ticket cancellation without refund. Report scalping to tickets@apog.life

TICKET FAQ

  • Are tickets refundable?

    Tickets are not refundable but may be transferred. APOG will take place rain or shine!

  • Can I transfer my ticket?

    Yes, and tickets must be transferred into the name of the attendee who will use it. Ticket transfers must be initiated by the current ticket holder. You can view the process to transfer your ticket here. If you have any questions or issues, send an email to tickets@apog.life and an APOG team member will assist you.

  • I want to volunteer, do I need a ticket?

    To ensure you can attend APOG we recommend that all prospective volunteers purchase a GA ticket. If you are selected as a volunteer you may resell your ticket. Tickets may sell out before all volunteer selections are complete.

  • Can anyone buy a ticket?

    You are welcome to join any APOG event so long as you share our values of positivity, participation, and creativity.

  • Is there a minimum age requirement to attend APOG?

    This is a 21 and over event, and everybody will be required to show a valid ID at the gate. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • I have a questions about tickets, who should I contact?

  • How will I get my ticket to APOG?

    There will be no physical tickets to the event. Tickets will be emailed to all ticket holders shortly before the event. All guests must present a QR code ticket to be scanned and a valid government ID.

  • Do I need a vehicle pass?

    Yes. All vehicles require a vehicle pass to enter the venue.

  • Do I need a camping pass?

    Nope! Standard walk-in camping is included with all GA tickets.

  • Can I buy a single-day pass?

    Only full-weekend passes will be available for purchase.

Vehicle Pass Info

All vehicles arriving at APOG must pre-purchase a vehicle pass. Vehicle Passes are only valid with full-weekend GA ticket. This year vehicle passes will be available for purchase at the same time as admission tickets.

Parking Passes:

  • Standard Parking Pass: $40

    New in 2026, all standard parking passes will cost $40, regardless of the number of passengers.

Car Camping & RV Passes (SOLD OUT):

  • Car Camping: $60

    Camp in or next to your car in a designated area near the center of the venue. Standard size vehicles under 24’ in length only. No trailers or generators allowed.

  • RV Camping: $100

    RV spaces are suitable for oversize RVs and vehicles with camper trailers. Maximum 6 occupants per pass. Generators are not allowed unless integral to the RV. No hookups provided.

GROUP CAR CAMPING (SOLD OUT)

APOG now offers Group Car Camping Sites in the Meadow. Each Group Site includes a set number of vehicle passes and will be sized to fit your vehicles + space for tents. A group leader can purchase a site for their group, and they will then receive vehicle passes to distribute to their campmates. Group Campers can arrive at any point during entry hours and join their group - you will not have to arrive together to park together.

Group Sites are available at 3 sizes:

  • 4 Vehicles (Approx. 36’x60’): $280

  • 6 Vehicles (Approx. 60’x60’): $420

  • 8 Vehicles (Approx. 80’x60’): $560

Fine print: Vehicles must be under 24’ in length. For oversized vehicles such as RVs or trailers, 2 standard vehicle passes may be exchanged for 1 oversize pass. APOG will contact group leaders for confirmation after purchase.

Thursday Early Access

Thursday Early Access is SOLD OUT.

GA Ticket holders may also purchase a Thursday Early Access add-on. Come in, get settled, and enjoy warm-up sets at a few of our stages.

  • Early Access is an add-on ticket and is only valid with a full-weekend admission ticket. Every individual must have their own Thursday Early Access pass. All vehicles still require a Vehicle Pass.

  • Thursday Gate hours are from 5-9PM only. If you miss the arrival window you will have to wait until Friday morning 10AM to enter.

  • No passes will be sold at the gate. Anyone attempting to arrive on Thursday without an Early Access pass will be turned away. No exceptions will be made.
