APOG is 100% volunteer-run and we need your help to make this circus a reality! We’re looking for volunteers to assist with the roles described below. If you have relevant experience that you think would make you well suited to a position be sure to mention that in the application.  Volunteers will receive official APOG gifts for their assistance, and some roles may be eligible for a ticket rebate.

Site Build & Decorations [Pre-show]

We’re looking for creative artsy folks, experienced builders, and general laborers to help us get the venue ready. Tasks may include landscaping, decorating, erecting structures, and hauling gear and equipment into position. Availability in the days leading up the event is a requirement.

Guest Check-in [Showtime]

Check-in volunteers will be responsible for regulating traffic through the gate, verifying ticket holders, issuing credentials, and directing parking.

Host [Showtime]

Hosts will roam the venue day and night to answer questions, assist guests, and make sure everyone has an enjoyable (and safe) experience.

Food Service [Showtime]

APOG may offer limited food options periodically during the weekend.  We’re especially looking for volunteers who have a favorite festival snack they would like to share with the world.  What food or beverage do you crave on the dance floor? Food service experience is preferred but not required for this role.

Medical & Harm Reduction [Showtime]

We are looking for individuals with professional medical training, experience with harm reduction or psy-crisis training to be a resource of first resort for guests.

Down For Whatever [Showtime]

Not sure what you’d like to do, or just want to help however you can? DFW volunteers will be on call to help as needed during their shift and are able to quickly switch to new tasks or hang out until the next assignment comes in.

Teardown [Post-show]

Teardown volunteers are self-sufficient are prepared to work hard. Availability Sunday evening and/or Monday following the event is a requirement.
